Data Deletion Instructions

OmiLinx respects your privacy and provides users with clear instructions on how to request the deletion of their personal data.

This page explains how you can request deletion of data associated with your use of the OmiLinx service.

1. Data You Can Request to Be Deleted

Upon request, OmiLinx can delete the following data associated with your account:

• Account information (name, email, company name)
• Connected social media account identifiers (IDs, page references)
• Content uploaded or scheduled through OmiLinx
• Analytics and performance data stored in OmiLinx
• Usage logs associated with your account

Note: OmiLinx does not store social media platform passwords or private messages. Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. billing records).

2. How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to:

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• The subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• A brief confirmation that you are requesting deletion of your OmiLinx account data

Option 2: In-App Request (If Available)

If you have access to your OmiLinx account:

• Log in to your dashboard
• Navigate to Account Settings
• Select Request Account Deletion
• Submit the request

3. Verification & Processing

For security purposes, we may verify your identity before processing the request.

Once verified:

• Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days
• You will receive confirmation once the deletion is completed

4. Data Retention Exceptions

Certain data may be retained for a limited period if required to:

• Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations
• Resolve disputes or enforce agreements
• Prevent fraud or abuse

Any retained data will be securely stored and isolated from active systems.

5. Third-Party Platforms

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok accounts to OmiLinx:

• You may also remove OmiLinx's access directly from the respective platform's settings
• Data retained by third-party platforms is governed by their own privacy policies

OmiLinx does not control data retained by third-party platforms.

6. Facebook & TikTok Platform Compliance

This data deletion process is designed to comply with:

• Facebook Platform Policy (User Data Deletion Requirements)
• TikTok Developer Policy
• Applicable data protection regulations

OmiLinx only processes and stores data necessary to provide its services and deletes data upon verified user request.
